FASS stands for Fuel Air Separation Systems, and it replaces your factory diesel lift pump. A lift pump is responsible for pulling your diesel fuel from the fuel tank and delivering it to the injection system up at the motor and the FASS System simply does this process better and more efficiently than your factory lift pump.

To perform more efficiently than the factory lift pump, FASS first, utilizes a larger and more powerful motor; manufactured to push the fuel under pressure, rather than pull the fuel under a vacuum. Second, the FASS System removes the contaminants from your diesel fuel by running it through a dual filtration process that removes Air, Water, Dirt, and debris; giving you only the purest fuel possible.
